Shipping and returns

Costs and times

• Italy: €6.90, free from €80 · delivery in 2–6 business days
• Rest of the EU: €12.90 · delivery in 2–6 business days
• Outside the EU: digital files only

Shipping costs are shown in the cart before payment. Times are indicative and start from dispatch.

Preparation and packaging

We prepare every order by hand in 3–5 business days. Prints travel in a rigid tube or reinforced envelope, objects in a padded box. When your parcel ships you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.

Where we ship

Physical products are shipped only to EU countries, so there are no customs or extra fees on arrival. Outside the EU you can buy digital files.

Damaged, late or lost parcel

If the parcel arrives damaged, report it to the carrier at delivery if you can and write to info@wildhorseshop.org with a few photos. If tracking hasn't moved for more than a week, write to us: we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Digital files

No shipping: right after payment you receive an email with links to download your files. Each link is valid for 30 days and allows 5 downloads.

Returns

For physical products you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract: use the Withdraw from the contract here button. You bear the return costs; we refund the price and standard delivery costs within 14 days. All details are on the Withdrawal page.
