Orders and payments

Do I need an account?

No: you buy as a guest. Order summary, file links and shipping updates arrive by email.

How can I pay?

By card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and, for orders with physical products, Scalapay. Payment takes place on Stripe's secure page.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Write to info@wildhorseshop.org right away with your order number: if it hasn't shipped yet we'll do our best. After shipping you can withdraw from the contract.

I need an invoice

Write to info@wildhorseshop.org with your order number and billing details.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

• Italy: €6.90, free from €80 · delivery in 2–6 business days
• Rest of the EU: €12.90 · delivery in 2–6 business days
• Outside the EU: digital files only

Outside the European Union we only sell digital files.

How long does it take?

We prepare your order in 3–5 business days; then the carrier's times above apply. When it ships you receive the tracking number.

Digital files

How do I receive the files?

Right after payment we email you a link for each file. The link opens a page with the download button.

My link has expired or I've used all downloads

Each link is valid for 30 days and 5 downloads. Write to us with your order number and we'll send a new one.

Can I use the designs for tattooing?

It depends on the licence: the personal one covers private use, prints for yourself and reference; the commercial one includes tattoos on clients. You'll find the licence on the product page and details in the Terms of sale.

Returns and problems

Can I return a product?

Yes, physical products within 14 days of delivery, using the Withdraw from the contract here button. Return costs are on you. Digital files cannot be returned after the immediate download you asked for in the cart.

My product arrived damaged

Write to us with your order number and a few photos: we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Tattoos and commissions

How do I book a tattoo or ask for a commissioned design?

Write to me from the Contact page choosing “Tattoo” or “Commission”, or on Instagram.
