Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases on Wild Horses. Please read them before ordering: by proceeding to payment you accept them. You can save or print them at any time.

1. Who sells

The seller is Alessandro Bronda, Via Pistoia 26, 10144 Torino (TO), Italy, VAT no. IT12028510019.

Email: info@wildhorseshop.org · Certified email (PEC): alessandrobronda@ultracert.it

The online shop is called Wild Horses and is available at wildhorseshop.org.

2. Scope

These terms govern distance sales of prints, objects and digital files made through this website. Rights reserved to consumers (withdrawal, the legal guarantee under the Italian Consumer Code, the consumer's court) apply to people buying for purposes outside their trade or profession.

3. Products

Each product has a page with its description, formats, materials and price. Prints and objects are made or finished by hand: small differences in colour or finish compared to the photos are part of the craft, not defects.

Limited editions have the number of copies shown on the product page. Availability is updated in real time and checked again at payment.

For digital files the product page shows the format and, where needed, the software required (for example Procreate brushes). Please check compatibility before buying.

4. Prices and shipping costs

Prices are in euro and are final prices, including VAT where due. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown in the cart before payment: see Shipping and returns.

Discount codes are entered in the cart and apply under the conditions stated with the code.

5. How the contract is concluded

  1. Choose your products and add them to the cart.
  2. In the cart, choose the shipping destination, apply any discount code and, if you buy digital files, ask for immediate delivery (see section 10).
  3. “Checkout” takes you to Stripe's secure payment page: enter your email, address and payment details and confirm the order with the payment button.
  4. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. You will see the confirmation page and receive an email with your order summary and these terms as a PDF to keep.

Until payment you can correct your details by going back. The contract is concluded in Italian or English, depending on the language of the site. We keep your order data: if you need a copy, write to info@wildhorseshop.org.

6. Payment

You pay online when ordering by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Scalapay (only for orders with physical products) or the other methods shown on the payment page. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your full card details. Instalment payments are also subject to Klarna's or Scalapay's terms.

If you need an invoice, write to info@wildhorseshop.org with your order number and billing details.

7. Delivery of physical products

We only ship to countries of the European Union. Preparation usually takes 3–5 business days; times and costs by destination are in Shipping and returns. When your order ships you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you have indicated, receive the parcel. If the parcel arrives damaged, report it to the carrier at delivery if you can and write to us with a few photos: we will find a solution together.

8. Delivery of digital files

Digital files are available right after payment: you receive an email with a link for each file. Each link is valid for 30 days and allows 5 downloads. If a link expires or something doesn't work, write to us and we'll send you a new one. Digital files can be bought from any country.

9. Digital file licences

When you buy a file you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it; the copyright in the designs remains with Alessandro Bronda. The licence you bought is shown on the product page and in your order summary:

  • Personal: private use, prints for yourself, reference.
  • Commercial: in addition, tattoos on clients and commercial projects, as described on the product page.

Under any licence you may not resell, share or distribute the files, even modified, or include them in products that make them available to others (for example file bundles or templates for sale). For other uses write to info@wildhorseshop.org.

10. Right of withdrawal

For physical products you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person you have indicated other than the carrier, receive the product; if an order arrives in several parcels, from the last one.

How to withdraw: use the Withdraw from the contract here button, always available at the bottom of every page, or send us a clear statement at info@wildhorseshop.org or to the certified email alessandrobronda@ultracert.it; you can also use the model form on the same page. With the button you immediately receive an email receipt with date and time.

Returning the goods: send the products back within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal to Alessandro Bronda, Via Pistoia 26, 10144 Torino (TO), Italy. You bear the cost of returning them. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Refund: we refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method and at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Digital files: the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital files when, as happens in the cart, you asked to receive them immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). The confirmation of this consent is in your order email.

All details are on the Withdrawal page.

11. Legal guarantee of conformity

Physical products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code: we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. For digital content, articles 135-octies and following apply.

If a product is defective or not as described, write to info@wildhorseshop.org with your order number and a few photos: depending on the case we repair or replace it, reduce the price or refund you, as provided by law and at no cost to you. The small irregularities of handmade work described on the product page are not defects.

12. Personal data

We use your data to handle your order and meet our legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy notice.

13. Support, complaints and disputes

For any problem write to info@wildhorseshop.org: we usually reply within two business days.

The contract is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country. Disputes with consumers fall under the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. You may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published on the site when you place it.
